We're proud to be partnering with a wonderful local winery, Whitecliff Vineyard with this chocolate. We take Whitecliff's juicy, jammy (and all vegan!) Ridgewine Red and slowly, slowly, slowly reduce it to a syrup, with a few juniper berries added for extra wintery, woodsy flavor, then combine it with our housemade rich bittersweet ganache. Truly, this one's a gem.
Ingredients: Organic and fair trade dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, vegan sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla), organic coconut milk, organic coconut butter, local Whitecliff wine, organic juniper berries.
