Our shop is quickly becoming famous for our handmade croissants—baked fresh every day with all organic ingredients, and painstakingly made from scratch. Our pain au chocolat are French-style chocolate croissants, made in the traditional square shape, with pure 60.5% chopped chocolate on the inside.
Croissants for shipping are slightly underbaked, so you can finish them off in your home oven in order to freshen them up a bit after their long journey to your house. Bake them in a 350°F oven for just 5-10 minutes, or until they are beautifully browned. Brushing with olive oil and sprinkling with sugar are nice final touches.
These croissants keep in the freezer for several weeks, just bake them a few minutes to refresh them.
Ingredients: Organic coconut butter, organic New York State flour, organic coconut milk, organic and fair trade dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, evaporated cane juice, soy lecithin, vanilla), yeast, organic evaporated cane juice sugar, sea salt, organic olive oil.
