Much like a certain classic American chocolate bar, this bar is bursting with intense peanut butter toffee flavor. It's crunchy and chewy and crispy all at the same time—a bit sweet, a bit salty, and totally enrobed in delicious 60% dark chocolate. Nobody better lay a finger on it, if you know what I mean.
We also call these Ridge Bars because their beautiful striated layers are reminiscent of the gorgeous mountain range 10 minutes from the shop, the Shawangunk Ridge, which is famous for its stratified folds.
